The fees is always evaluated on the basis of the requirement & its time consumption and number of employees to be worked upon.

Are the prices fixed on hourly basis?
No. We don’t fix price on hourly basis.

What is the time generally required to do a Flash based Catalouge site?
It depends upon the number of pages. Like if we have to make a site with Flash templates its done and developed in 7 days. All the time required and assumed are depending upon the content.

Why project’s assumed timing gets increased many a times?
The project timings gets increased because of : A. Clients Feedback & Prototype Finalization B. Added Development requests from clients, etc.

What are the method of payment?
All the payments are accepted in advance before start & delivery & terms are discussed. We take 50% advance to start on the project and rest 50% upon successful completion of the project on the test server. Upon final payment completion we deliver the project to clients server.

Is there any method of ESCROW payment ?
Yes. We accept payment in ESCROW from the clients who come to us from Scriptlance.com. As scriptlance.com have a very fair ESCROW system so we prefer to go through ESCROW system at scriptlance.com.

Is there any method of Paypal Payment?
Yes. We accept payment in paypal from the clients. We have verified paypal account.

Is there any method of Moneybookers payment?
Yes. We accept payment in moneybookers from the clients. We have verified moneybookers account.

What is the refund policy?
If the project Prototype stage is not approved by client within 2 working days of the prototypes delivered, & client will make a request to cancel the project, we refund the fees within 30 working days into clients PAYPAL account. If any request is made after 2 working days, the project will be cancelled and a cancellation charges of 20% is charged. And the payment refunds in within 45 working days into clients PAYPAL account.

ANY PAYMENT REFUND will go to only any PAYPAL account, which client will need to provide us.

Who will retain the right of the project delivered?
In case of the projects copyright & rights retaining fees of 100 USD is paid and a certificate is obtained from CANDEO TECH after delivery & within 20 working days, the rights of the project will be completely with the CLIENT. But if client will fails to obtain the Certificate of Rights of the project from CANDEO TECH in the 20 working days of delivery, they will still obtain a right certificate on a cost of 100USD + number of working days lapsed at a cost of $5 per day.

Will CanDeo TECH show up the products in its portfolio?
Yes! Under any circumstances, CanDeo Tech will show up all the works developed at CanDeo Tech on its portfolio site. And any BRAND NAME/ IDENTITY/LOGO, in any manner is associated with the project will be found interesting to CANDEO TECH to display on its portfolio site, will be displayed.

** In certain cases where clients will request to not show up the portfolio & the agreement of the project will be done on this point, prior to start, the exemption of the rule will be there and the portfolio won’t contain the content of the specific client. But it should be under any condition be decided prior of start of the project.
